Scoring and Gameplay

The scoring in padel follows traditional tennis scoring conventions, with points awarded as 15, 30, 40, and game. However, unlike tennis, padel utilizes no-advantage scoring. This means that if a game reaches 40-40, it is called deuce, and the next team to score a point will have a chance to win the game. If the game reaches deuce, the receiving team may choose which side will receive the serve for that point only.

The Court

The padel court is similar in size to a doubles tennis court, with the major difference being that it is enclosed by walls. The court is divided into two halves separated by a net, and there is a middle net to divide the two halves of each service area.
