Sprint and Stop

This drill is a fantastic way to improve your agility and sharpness on the court. Start by placing a cone or any other marker at one side of the court and stand at the opposite end. Sprint towards the cone and, upon reaching it, quickly stop and change direction. Repeat this drill, aiming for a smooth and swift transition between sprinting and stopping. Cross-Step Shuffle
